Good evening, I appreciated that customer service was very responsive when I couldn't create my account, because the site was being updated. I also appreciated that customer service answered my question about parcel tracking, which I had no trace of in my e-mails, and in fact it was the Post Office that had had my parcel since September 28, whereas on October 5 there was no trace of the parcel. Finally, the parcel was perfectly packed and its contents secure.

I appreciated receiving an email informing me that I was waiting for my delivery due to a product being out of stock. The product packaging is very good and I've been buying from huile et sens for a few years now. Order tracking is also good.

I've been a customer since 2016, and I appreciate the quality of the products, the customer service and the speed with which orders are dispatched. I find that the quality/quantity/price ratio is very good compared to the major brands.

Order received in 3 days for Quebec, Canada. That's great. The only thing I don't like is the euro versus Canadian money. If it weren't for that, I'd order more often.
