I have received a different model of crib than what I ordered for. Mine does not have an option to convert it into a longer bed but the one I ordered for does have it.

Product isn’t good. Not polished. Very flimsy. Couple of things are missing as well. When we spoke to the cc, they asked us to get it from outside.

I have worst experience,I ordered baby cot and bed ,cot is very less weight it can't hold minimum my baby weight . assembly is very difficult.customer service also very late reply.waste of money I used only showcase purpose.

We were out of the town so requested to deliver our order next day but instead of postponing you cancelled it

I bought huny huny baby 12 in 1cot cum bed ... the ifea and concept is good , design good finishing delivery everything was good. Except the QUALITY OF WOOD USED .. very flimsy fragile cot.. wheels are poor quality .. quality is is loverall very poor ...not worth the money ..

Service not feasible for customers

The mattress for cot was damaged and very poor quality, not even 0.5cm padding. It's should be 500/- rs they are charging 3500/- . At this rate you can get a customised cotton mattress and padding for the entire cot

Overall product is good. The reason for 4 star is because of wood quality and the storage compartments sheet provided. I do not think it will sustain the weight mentioned on site. to use swing we have to keep wheels loose but then when moving crib it automatically loose balance.

Delivery was on time and the price is reasonable. The quality of the crib met expectations except the lower storage frame which isn't sturdy enough and clips provided for diaper station and lower storage frame aren't abundant enough. Further, the replacement/return policy needs a major overhaul. Received torn mosquito net, for which i had raised the replacement request. However, the company insisted that the replacement shall be shipped only after pickup of the defective mosquito net. Considering that i have a pet who sheds a lot, it is not possible to keep baby without net even for a day. Company should learn from other e-retailers who will provide the replacement at the time of return pick-up only. Very disappointing after sales service.

The mattress is really the worst one and it has no return policy which is really bad. I would have give 0 stars for that. Really disappointed.

I raised concerns regarding quality of bedding sold, but customer support didn't bother to address it. The bedding product is sub standard and doesnt match the product description. There is no return policy either, so HunyHuny holds no accountability for their poor product quality.

The quality is poor and the stock area was very poor quality it's not tolerate 5kg weight on that .....not a prefeble item

Bought a pram… its too bulky and heavyweight…. Not value for money. Under-satisfied..

The quality of wood of this crib is not good according to the price....now I can say that it's costly....

Your product had a huge fault due to which I am unable to use it properly the drills made in side plank are higher due to which I’m unable to lock the side plank

Good product as expected. I am not a good judge of wood but if it is pine and not engineered wood than its a good buy.
