The connecting rod was missing for the twin strollers that I purchased

There were few items that were missing that were required for assembly. I connected with support but no resolution yet.

No clear communication of order tracking and mentioning product will come separately. Product is good but poor communication

Main problem is that there is no support to main wood on which kid is going to sleep . It is on just four plastic nut so it's very delicate . It can't hold weight more than 10/15 kg. So main purpose of bed " ki bachha bada hoga tab tak chalega vo fulfill nahi hoga" otherwise dikhne me same shown as picture Esa hi he

Storage peice came broken

The replacement process of manufacturing issues is very slow. The courier partner is very slow. Though the product is good but the replacement process should be improved. I haven't received the replacement product yet it's been 9 days since the replacement request has been raised

This 3 star rating is only for the Baby bedding set pack of 6 we purchased along with the 12 in 1 rocking cot, we are completely disappointed, this seems to be more like bedsheet rather than bed, otherwise we are very satisfied with the Super Comfy European Pinewood 12 in 1 Rocking Cot -Mosquito Net & Adjustable Stand which deserves 5 Star rating

The general wood quality is good and product assembly is easy, but I had two issues with the product. One was that the crib on wheels doesn't move in a straight line and second is that the platform on which the baby bed is placed is not level so it moves/wobbles.

LOOKS CLASSY BUT QUALITY IS VERY CHEAP ONE BROKEN PART WAS DELIVERED MUST WORK ON QUALITY SPECIALLY THE WOODEN FRAME OF THE BED

The diaper changing table is not available with the package

Product is not sturdy , for sure it will broke if not handled carefully , very fragile sticks - may not suggest , rest all sale , delivery are good - product not quality (sturdy ) finishing is good

We were out of the town so requested to deliver our order next day but instead of postponing you cancelled it

Wood quality is very poor than expected

I bought huny huny baby 12 in 1cot cum bed ... the ifea and concept is good , design good finishing delivery everything was good. Except the QUALITY OF WOOD USED .. very flimsy fragile cot.. wheels are poor quality .. quality is is loverall very poor ...not worth the money ..

There was no instruction manual. Very inconvenient

Defective piece received. Study table material along with the babe cot received was cracked

The mattress for cot was damaged and very poor quality, not even 0.5cm padding. It's should be 500/- rs they are charging 3500/- . At this rate you can get a customised cotton mattress and padding for the entire cot

Delivery was on time and the price is reasonable. The quality of the crib met expectations except the lower storage frame which isn't sturdy enough and clips provided for diaper station and lower storage frame aren't abundant enough. Further, the replacement/return policy needs a major overhaul. Received torn mosquito net, for which i had raised the replacement request. However, the company insisted that the replacement shall be shipped only after pickup of the defective mosquito net. Considering that i have a pet who sheds a lot, it is not possible to keep baby without net even for a day. Company should learn from other e-retailers who will provide the replacement at the time of return pick-up only. Very disappointing after sales service.

Product installation kit was not provided, ut was hectic to assemble this

The quality is poor and the stock area was very poor quality it's not tolerate 5kg weight on that .....not a prefeble item

The quality of wood of this crib is not good according to the price....now I can say that it's costly....

Your product had a huge fault due to which I am unable to use it properly the drills made in side plank are higher due to which I’m unable to lock the side plank

Missing plastic piece and holes for joining diaper change plate. So this is now useless. Had given this as gift and received this response from them Passing same. Other than this, basic unit is fine. Little confusing in arranging.

Some screws are missing. And the mosquito net stick is too slant to be fixed on the cot. Everything else is good. But it’s supposed to be 12 in 1, but for us this has turned out to be only 10 in 1 since few parts are missing

I ordered some other model, if the model is not available don’t display online,, sent another but the wood quality to be improved have to call and remind every time for the dispatch.. so updating about the order to be improved.

I didn’t receive my parcel yet.

The bolts for fitting the wheels were not provided. Also one of the lower part of the crib was chipped off.

Product built Quality is not good

Support for the team was good. Product seems ok but the finishing is not good also the screw are very delicate always getting de tread. Not able to remove one screw not sure how will we convert to toddler bed without removing the screw
