Excellent products with excellent value for money, usually delivered with punctual speed. The only exception was the DHL delivery on the 31st which did not arrive for a product that deteriorates if not kept at low temperature... I recommend notifying the courier of the priority of delivery due to deterioration to avoid returns and refunds and to postpone the delivery of products subject to deterioration when delivery cannot be guaranteed due to holidays...

I paid for express shipping, still nothing today (after three days???). Zero points

I am really dissapointed.Nowhere during the purchase process did it mention that the product needed to be refridgerated.I only fould out after opening, and now Ian not sure if it is still safe to use. Very frustrating experience and a waste of money.

I have been writing to them for a week with no redponse! My receipt is for $294 and my credit card deduction is $360! How can they charge that ? I’ve asked 3x with no response ! Now DHL is asking for $65 to send the item which I still haven’t received .. so I paid them ship/handling and now I have to pay DHL also ??!! They need to answer me and address this issue of charging me more than the receipt amt.!!!very shady .., still wondering about this DHL charge too ..

Jr does not recommend express delivery

I ordered needles that I urgently needed on Thursday, August 21, 2025, with express delivery, and today is Monday, August 25, and I haven't received anything. The delivery was not respected at all. I paid for Express unnecessarily.

Delivery completely out of time. A shame.

Claim or request for product arrived damaged. No one responds.

They say shipping is free and it's a lie, they charge for it, and you send an email to complain and they don't respond.

Money wasted no effect

The feedback by email with an advisor was more than mediocre. The person was very arrogant and unhelpful. I got help from a telephone advisor who was very helpful.

Everything went wrong! I ordered ages ago and the parcel simply didn't arrive. When I asked GLS, they said that there must have been an address error - but apparently this has been rectified. How can that be? I had given my address completely and correctly! GLS wrote that the parcel should arrive the next day. Of course it did not arrive! I then wrote to GLS that I no longer wanted the parcel after more than 3 weeks in the warehouse at current temperatures of 35 degrees, firstly because it cannot be that shipping takes so long and secondly because it is still a medical product that can no longer be used at such temperatures! After many messages to which I received no reply from hyaluronicfillermarket, they finally refunded me the purchase amount - but without the 17€ shipping!!!! How can that be? It is not my fault! I can't help this unprofessional dilemma. I will never buy anything here again!

The product does not fulfill its functions

I made a purchase a month ago that I had to return at my own expense because I made a mistake, so far nothing serious. So I sent the parcel back a month ago now and claimed the refund on the site, without any news.

So far not convinced at all. The ad was obviously aesthetically excessive. I can't see any real change. Big disappointment.

I have already sent an email last week but still no answer. My ordered product had clearly already been opened as there is a product missing from inside the box. They should send it to me and make sure I don't pay any customs fees again. Order VJUBDTJAN. See the e-mail I have already sent which includes a photo.

Defective product

I had a problem with a product I bought, no sympathetic words, only justifications and never a request to return the product to check the problem. Absolutely pathetic, dishonest thieves who respect neither customer nor product. Disgraceful

I reached out about a order I placed last year because I ordered 6 and received 3 in the mail but paid for 6 and I want half of my money back and no one has responded to my email

Product returned to company and not reimbursed for a month

The products are ineffective and the dosage does not reflect reality. I ordered tca 50%. But it is so light that I can even drink it without risk, I threw more than 70 balls in the trash. I'll never buy from this site again, and what's more, I called to ask them to explain, they're very disrespectful.

They sent me the wrong product and after sending several emails they answered me by google that they will refund me the money when the product arrives back. According to what I was informed by Correos the product arrived 10 days ago, and they do not answer my emails, they do not refund me the money and on top of that they keep the money. It is a full-fledged scam.

I never received my order. I sent 2 emails with no response! I will never order from you again. Really a very bad follow-up. Loss of 250€ for me!!! I put 1 star but it deserves 0.!

Very bad attention I paid for two hyaluronic acid, and they only sent me one.... I have left messages to the corresponding emails and no one responds!!! It is an absolute scam all this. But to send advertising to my email if they do it frequently. This has me too annoyed!
