Your shoes are of excellent quality, unfortunately after 2 tries, I did not find a size in a model that is wide enough without being "too long". In 6.5 too compressed laterally and in 7 the same problem. It's very unfortunate that you do not offer several widths. Not everyone has "unfortunately the possibility to wear richelieu at In Corio" ??

Product conforms and seems to be of quality, despite a defect on a visible seam. Too early to appreciate comfort and durability.

Good quality of the product and aesthetics, unfortunately the downside of the product (boots): difficult to take off and put on despite the small zipper. The downside is also not being able to have a phone number to discuss the product in person, which leaves us wanting to return the product.

Very good experience. I had to deal with customer service because the ordered travel bag was not the right one. The site is right when it tells us that the model is large, but the laces are short and force us to "tighten" the laces very hard. I had no choice but to replace the laces in order to wear longer ones.

I think it's essential that you specify that some of your moccasin models can only be worn by particularly thin feet. Otherwise perfect aesthetics and, until proven otherwise, very good quality.

Moccasins of very good quality but unfortunately for me the sizes are too limiting. The half sizes make the shoe either too small or too big. The only downside is that the shoe is smaller than its pair.

A disaster... in spite of a call 3 minutes after my order to cancel... I have on the phone a saleswoman in store who does not have the time nor the tools to cancel my order. I'm told that the request will be forwarded and taken into account. After a while, I see that my order is being prepared. I call back and they tell me on the phone again that I'm just a saleswoman and can't touch anything on the site... and that the message has been passed on... To whom I don't know, but he doesn't do what's necessary, because in the end the order is probably shipped from a platform... I had to wait for my order to arrive, only to have to send it back for a refund... In short, a lot of transport, packaging, time and energy etc. wasted for nothing...

Beautiful, quality shoes. They fit small. I went up a 1/2 size from my usual size, but they still fit a little tight. On the other hand, the beautiful blue material that decorates the sole tends to slip, leaving traces of blue rubber on wooden floors.

Everything was fine, but I ordered a shoe tree that they didn't have in stock. Since it was a pre-order, they had a month to realize the stock error, without success. I was finally contacted to tell me that I would be reimbursed for a shoe tree, but I would have preferred to be given the choice between a refund or waiting until it was back in stock to receive my shoe tree. This isn't very serious, you might say, but I'd tell you that this kind of detail completely changes the quality of customer service.

After ordering the "Gabriel" sneakers: Shoe size very large, compared to recommendations. I usually wear size 43,44 and here I was "swimming" in size 42. A very damaged lace toe when I received the shoes. Otherwise, the shoes seem to be of good quality. I returned the product because other sizes were no longer available. It's a shame considering the price and the commitment. To be tested again.
