Disappointed by the condition of the bag, which didn't look new. My husband went to Paris, we were supposed to have a commercial gesture. Several weeks later, we're still waiting. We'd already been disappointed by the welcome the first time we'd been to the store in Paris.

Beautiful, quality shoes. They fit small. I went up a 1/2 size from my usual size, but they still fit a little tight. On the other hand, the beautiful blue material that decorates the sole tends to slip, leaving traces of blue rubber on wooden floors.

Shipment a little slow but, nice quality shoe.

Comfort, quality, speed - it's all there!

Edgar boots First experience with In Corio and I have to say that my questions have been answered. Delivery time respected (order placed on Tuesday, received on Saturday). The suppleness of the leather makes the boots comfortable to wear from the very first fitting. It's a pity that the brown and cognac leather versions are no longer available ... I'll have to make do with the black version for the time being ... can't wait for the restocking!

Beautiful pair of shoes of good quality with a fast and careful shipment.

Everything was fine, but I ordered a shoe tree that they didn't have in stock. Since it was a pre-order, they had a month to realize the stock error, without success. I was finally contacted to tell me that I would be reimbursed for a shoe tree, but I would have preferred to be given the choice between a refund or waiting until it was back in stock to receive my shoe tree. This isn't very serious, you might say, but I'd tell you that this kind of detail completely changes the quality of customer service.

As usual, quality and comfort are always there, nothing to say.

After ordering the "Gabriel" sneakers: Shoe size very large, compared to recommendations. I usually wear size 43,44 and here I was "swimming" in size 42. A very damaged lace toe when I received the shoes. Otherwise, the shoes seem to be of good quality. I returned the product because other sizes were no longer available. It's a shame considering the price and the commitment. To be tested again.

After discovering the models offered by In corio on the net, I took the plunge one fine morning at je boutique on the saint germain side of town. I didn't know what I was getting into before the store opened, but it did and I was given a very friendly welcome. I left with my first pair of shoes after a very pleasant chat with one of the 2 co-founders... I've just placed my second order. Unfortunately, the wrong model was shipped... maybe that's the problem? And yet I contacted them by e-mail and received a very courteous reply the very next day. Great listening, great responsiveness and as pleasant as ever. In short, super shoes, very pleasant to wear, very beautiful, super team, responsiveness... a different world from the one we have to put up with in today's so-called high-end mixed trade! Keep up the good work!

Magnificent shoes, of a rare quality and a model you don't see everywhere. Very carefully packaged with care cream and a fabric pouch for each shoe. Once on your feet, the most beautiful effect, great class, gives a very well-groomed look. I'm 150% sold.
