Very good experience. I had to deal with customer service because the ordered travel bag was not the right one. I have received my shoes well. They are the fifth and sixth pairs but unfortunately compared to the first ones, they are less well protected inside the box and there is only one protective pouch for travel. There are usually two. A bit disappointed. But a very good product.

It is no longer useful once the stitching is finished, and it is normally held inside by a stop stitch. Unfortunately, on a recent series, this stop stitch was sewn a bit too loosely, which can allow this thread to escape. We are sorry about this, and we have since resolved this issue. For your shoes, simply remove this thread by gently pulling. It will not affect the strength or elegance of your loafers, which will regain their beautiful appearance.

Everything was fine, but I ordered a shoe tree that they didn't have in stock. Since it was a pre-order, they had a month to realize the stock error, without success. I was finally contacted to tell me that I would be reimbursed for a shoe tree, but I would have preferred to be given the choice between a refund or waiting until it was back in stock to receive my shoe tree. This isn't very serious, you might say, but I'd tell you that this kind of detail completely changes the quality of customer service.
