Very good experience. I had to deal with customer service because the ordered travel bag was not the right one. They were very responsive, in less than 10 minutes I had the return label by email following a conversation on WhatsApp. The package was "damaged" upon receipt and the packaging was very average, that's the only real downside.

I have received my shoes well. They are the fifth and sixth pairs but unfortunately compared to the first ones, they are less well protected inside the box and there is only one protective pouch for travel. There are usually two. A bit disappointed. But a very good product.

Unlike bulkier dress shoes that each have their own pouch, we deliver a single large pouch for transporting the Antoine loafers. Ideally, you position them head to toe, sole against sole, in the pouch and they will be compact and well protected.
