I had difficulties validating the online purchase operation on the link they sent me and I panicked because there was only one pair left in my size of the Edwards model I was buying. I negotiated a 12-hour extension of the reservation and the team was very cool to grant it to me exceptionally thanks to agents Cristelle and Louis. I was able to send the money from Burkina via Western Union to my brother who went the next day during his break at the office to physically collect it by cash payment. The team was very welcoming and understanding. I congratulate them and recommend them to all lovers of beautiful leather.

Good quality of the product and aesthetics, unfortunately the downside of the product (boots): difficult to take off and put on despite the small zipper. The downside is also not being able to have a phone number to discuss the product in person, which leaves us wanting to return the product.
