Hello, This is my first order from In Corio and I am very satisfied with it. When I opened the box, the shoes were very well presented and very well protected. I took the cognac-colored Jules, which are magnificent, both for their beauty and the quality of their manufacture. There's a little extra in the box...to be discovered. My next pair will probably be a chocolate-colored Arthur. Have a nice day.

The parcel was quickly dispatched. Once received, everything was very well packaged. The two pairs of shoes I ordered are beautiful and high quality. I can't wait for my partner to find them under the tree! The only downside is that they were apparently out of stock during Black Friday. I think someone had put them in their basket without validating them, because two days later they were in stock! So I paid more than I expected afterwards.

Beautiful, quality shoes. They fit small. I went up a 1/2 size from my usual size, but they still fit a little tight. On the other hand, the beautiful blue material that decorates the sole tends to slip, leaving traces of blue rubber on wooden floors.

Thank you for your comment! This model does indeed run a little small, so we recommend that you follow our sizing advice, which you did :) The signature blue of our soles is a dye applied by hand as a finishing touch. It will gradually disappear on the areas of wear (heel and front of the sole) to reveal the natural color of the sole leather.

Edgar boots First experience with In Corio and I have to say that my questions have been answered. Delivery time respected (order placed on Tuesday, received on Saturday). The suppleness of the leather makes the boots comfortable to wear from the very first fitting. It's a pity that the brown and cognac leather versions are no longer available ... I'll have to make do with the black version for the time being ... can't wait for the restocking!

Everything was fine, but I ordered a shoe tree that they didn't have in stock. Since it was a pre-order, they had a month to realize the stock error, without success. I was finally contacted to tell me that I would be reimbursed for a shoe tree, but I would have preferred to be given the choice between a refund or waiting until it was back in stock to receive my shoe tree. This isn't very serious, you might say, but I'd tell you that this kind of detail completely changes the quality of customer service.

Thank you for your comment. It is indeed at the time of preparation of the order that the stock is checked, which is why in the case of a pre-order there may be a delay, and we are sorry about that. As for the shoe trees, the restocking lead time is a little long, so we thought it would be fairer to refund you rather than make you wait. They'll be back in stock later this month, and you'll then be able to order again.
