Very satisfied with my purchases on the In Corio site. Due to choosing a shoe size that was too large, I had to proceed with an exchange which I preferred to do in-store. The exchange was carried out without any difficulty and with great professionalism.

Disappointed with the size as it is too small. I will have to return them at my own expense. Otherwise, delivery was correct and the package was well packaged.

The sole deteriorated on the very first day. However, the after-sales team is accessible and has opted for a suitable solution for compensating the cobbler's fees.

Very good experience. I had to deal with customer service because the ordered travel bag was not the right one. They were very responsive, in less than 10 minutes I had the return label by email following a conversation on WhatsApp. The package was "damaged" upon receipt and the packaging was very average, that's the only real downside.
