We pack them as well as possible, notably in an individual protective bag surrounded by padding and cardboard, but during transport the parcels can be roughed up causing knocks or rubbing. Both suede calfskin and grained suede leather may mark a little, but a brush stroke will remove these irregularities. This model does indeed run a little small, so we recommend that you follow our sizing advice, which you did 🙂 The signature blue of our soles is a dye applied by hand as a finishing touch. It will gradually disappear on the areas of wear (heel and front of the sole) to reveal the natural color of the sole leather.

Everything was fine, but I ordered a shoe tree that they didn't have in stock. Since it was a pre-order, they had a month to realize the stock error, without success. I was finally contacted to tell me that I would be reimbursed for a shoe tree, but I would have preferred to be given the choice between a refund or waiting until it was back in stock to receive my shoe tree. This isn't very serious, you might say, but I'd tell you that this kind of detail completely changes the quality of customer service.

After ordering the "Gabriel" sneakers: Shoe size very large, compared to recommendations. I usually wear size 43,44 and here I was "swimming" in size 42. A very damaged lace toe when I received the shoes. Otherwise, the shoes seem to be of good quality. I returned the product because other sizes were no longer available. It's a shame considering the price and the commitment. To be tested again.

Our sneaker sizing is the same as on our dress shoes. It's true that most sports brands fit one size too big. So if you usually take a 43 from Adidas or Nike, you'll take a 42 on our dress shoes and sneakers. We're really sorry about the lace, and will gladly replace the model for you.
