The parcel was quickly dispatched. Once received, everything was very well packaged. The two pairs of shoes I ordered are beautiful and high quality. I can't wait for my partner to find them under the tree! The only downside is that they were apparently out of stock during Black Friday. I think someone had put them in their basket without validating them, because two days later they were in stock! So I paid more than I expected afterwards.

Moccasins of very good quality but unfortunately for me the sizes are too limiting. The half sizes make the shoe either too small or too big. The only downside is that the shoe is smaller than its pair.

First purchase from In Corio, I've been wanting to do it for so long. Very happy, very fast shipping and delivery. Very satisfied!

Hello, I find the leather so stiff that I can hardly put them on.

A disaster... in spite of a call 3 minutes after my order to cancel... I have on the phone a saleswoman in store who does not have the time nor the tools to cancel my order. I'm told that the request will be forwarded and taken into account. After a while, I see that my order is being prepared. I call back and they tell me on the phone again that I'm just a saleswoman and can't touch anything on the site... and that the message has been passed on... To whom I don't know, but he doesn't do what's necessary, because in the end the order is probably shipped from a platform... I had to wait for my order to arrive, only to have to send it back for a refund... In short, a lot of transport, packaging, time and energy etc. wasted for nothing...

I received my parcel in very good condition without fail and it arrived very quickly than expected I am very pleased.

Beautiful, quality shoes. They fit small. I went up a 1/2 size from my usual size, but they still fit a little tight. On the other hand, the beautiful blue material that decorates the sole tends to slip, leaving traces of blue rubber on wooden floors.

Shipment a little slow but, nice quality shoe.

Edgar boots First experience with In Corio and I have to say that my questions have been answered. Delivery time respected (order placed on Tuesday, received on Saturday). The suppleness of the leather makes the boots comfortable to wear from the very first fitting. It's a pity that the brown and cognac leather versions are no longer available ... I'll have to make do with the black version for the time being ... can't wait for the restocking!

Beautiful pair of shoes of good quality with a fast and careful shipment.

Everything was fine, but I ordered a shoe tree that they didn't have in stock. Since it was a pre-order, they had a month to realize the stock error, without success. I was finally contacted to tell me that I would be reimbursed for a shoe tree, but I would have preferred to be given the choice between a refund or waiting until it was back in stock to receive my shoe tree. This isn't very serious, you might say, but I'd tell you that this kind of detail completely changes the quality of customer service.

As usual, quality and comfort are always there, nothing to say.
