Really remarkable carpet cleaner. I didn't think it would reach such performance. I come from Karker experiences and recognize its excellent design quality as well as solutions for highly effective use even for the operator. Good shipping, however, the telephone assistance service seemed a bit cryptic and compartmentalized. I hope this does not happen again when technical assistance and maintenance support is needed. Thank you.

Product delivered in accordance with the order. The packaging of the item was well protected and this represents a guarantee against inconveniences (bumps, etc.) related to transport. Too bad for the slightly extended delivery times by the courier, but the 15th of August was in between.

Excellent wide choice of multi-brand products (in my case dehumidifiers) at various price levels and features and the speed of shipping. I found the technical/commercial assistance a bit lacking, especially by phone, but with the benefit of the doubt due to the particular time of year (August)

Complete and well-packaged package. The courier needs to be reviewed because the package arrived a couple of days later than expected and even though I paid for the appointment delivery service asking for afternoon delivery from 3 to 5 PM it arrived at 11 in the morning.
