Excellent order management by INDORS: administration, tracking, schedule, delivery... The equipment (wood chipper) seems to be of very good quality but the manual is not in French, translated it is very insufficient. A manufacturing detail: one of the two small welded pieces is missing, had to improvise one.

Valid product. Lightweight and manageable vacuum cleaner. It's a pity it doesn't have a folding hose to attach the accessories, which must be connected directly to the machine body, making it difficult to access tight spots. Shipping was problem-free, I recommend the purchase.

The product seems to work correctly, but the delivery via BRT was a nightmare. A week of battling with missed appointments and changes in schedules from one hour to another, and in the end, I had to pick it up at the BRT depot 30 km from home! The scheduled delivery on February 12 or 13 was picked up on the 20th!

very fast delivery. The unbalanced package, was overlaid with other heavy material and fortunately the goods received, inside was in order, but the package was damaged (cardboard torn in at least three / four places). the BRT courier (of absolute quality) must have entrusted the final delivery to a VERY DISCONTINUED master who, among other things did not intend to report the reservation and the obvious damage on the bill. available photos.
