My experience cannot be anything but positive. A delicate lamp in consistency and perfectly packaged resulted in being extracted from the broken packaging. The double box was definitely perfect for transport, but once opened, the infrared stove lamp was damaged, which is honestly strange given the meticulousness of the packaging. When I communicated via email about the incident, it was not even a few hours before the amount was refunded to me. Without any dispute from Indors. My technician opened the package in my presence, so I am sure of the handling, but Indors could have contested the handling of the opening, which if not done correctly could have caused the breakage. Perfect timing, quality packaging and well done, delivered on a wooden pallet inside its box. The only downside is that inside the same box the free kits were not packaged and moving inside hit the compressor tank itself damaging the ABAC sticker and slightly the paint, not affecting the operation but only the mere aesthetics. Could be improved
