Hello, I followed the recommendations for the harness size but it was too small, returning the harness (return fees) since an exchange for the larger size was not possible, and the 10% discount was not applied to the entire order as indicated.

Regarding the 10% discount, after verification, it has indeed been applied to your order, but it appears distributed over several lines of the invoice, which can indeed be confusing.
For the harness, we do not process direct exchanges: returns are handled as refunds, and a new order can be placed if needed. As stated in our return policy, return fees are the responsibility of the customer when the product is not defective.
