I bought a MTB cani bar and the threaded rod on the handlebars broke! Aiming! It's brand new! I couldn't do the outing I'd planned! how do you do it? I hope they'll replace it! Impossible to fill out my request on the internet! Knowing that I already have a harness buy a harness for cani cross! And that it is good material! Thank you for your answer ! Sincerely ,

Well-designed product, BUT very poor quality, these boots only lasted 5 times 2 hours, so they quickly became worn, untied, torn... and ended up in the garbage can.

As indicated in the product sheet, "these boots are to be considered as consumables. Their lifespan may vary according to the dog's size, activity and terrain. We recommend that you trim your dog's claws to optimize their life span."

If you compare the resistance of dog boots to that of human shoes, you might feel a little disappointed. The peculiarity of dogs, with their sharp claws that perforate materials, makes this comparison less than fair.
In addition, the morphology and biomechanics of dogs mean that a sole of equivalent strength to that of a human shoe would be far too stiff and thick, creating tendon problems.

We guarantee the compatibility of our leashes with our own cani-VTT bars, but we cannot guarantee compatibility with all the VTT bars on the market.
Nevertheless, we are constantly improving our products and we take your comments into account to better inform you about our products. We have therefore added the maximum carabiner width to the product data sheet (4.5 cm), so that this information can be taken into account by potential future buyers.

If the leash is not to your liking, please contact us for an exchange at our expense with another model featuring a narrower snap hook, or for a refund.

None of the harness sizes fit me, which is a shame. Otherwise, the parcel was well cared for and received fairly quickly :)

Very disappointed with the harness I ordered. It's supposed to be a top-of-the-range harness adapted to the morphology of an athletic, slender dog. Impossible to put it on him without tearing the skin under his front legs, despite the fact that the size is ideal, according to the explanations found on your site.

It may be a problem of size. It's important to note that if the harness is too big, it may be less stable and tend to move around more, which could cause irritation.
