I'm just a little disappointed by the color of the harness, which I thought would be yellow and black, as in the photo, whereas it's neon orange and black...

Good advice, responsive, and good material! Comfortable and ergonomic. When choosing a harness size, don't rely solely on weight. I have a 13.5 kg border collie who's not very tall and rather fit, so you'd think the Polar Quest XS would be too big for her, but in fact it was too short. The Polar Evo XS was the right solution.

Pretty expensive shipping, maybe because home delivery is only option. And still delivery was to post office.

I received my order in good condition and on time. Nevertheless I made a mistake in the size of an article that I returned. I am waiting for the refund and I will order this time if the right size which was advised to me in return for my questions.

No commercial gesture even though I placed a large order for our club (I had clearly stipulated this in my order, and if it was possible to have some goodies).
