Unfortunately, the dish does not fit, despite selection according to the instructions. Moreover, it feels quite cheap in terms of material. Contrary to the information provided, the delivery also took significantly longer.

It is usually appreciated for its excellent price-performance ratio, but it cannot compete in terms of material quality and workmanship with a product that costs two to three times as much. If you prefer a higher-quality model, we would be happy to assist you in selecting a suitable alternative.
Regarding the delivery, we would like to apologize for the unusually long delivery time. Your order was shipped on the same day, but it seems that the transport service provider took a bit longer than usual. Typically, the delivery time to Germany is 2 to 3 working days.

Hello, the harnesses for canicross or mountain biking or sledding are very good. It would just be necessary to find the right size according to the dog on the site, with measurement references. I ordered my harnesses by "wet finger". That's the only downside. But if we have to buy 3 harnesses before finding the right size, it's problematic! For the line for two dogs, I also find it very good, but a bit short. I would have preferred to have 2.00m or 2.50m.

We recommend having your dog wear the booties for short periods, taking him for walks or playing with him. These enjoyable moments will help him focus on the activity and quickly forget about the presence of the booties.
In the vast majority of cases, after a few tries, dogs get used to them very well and the booties become just another accessory.

Overall satisfied, 6th carabiner purchased, the most used lasted 2 and a half years before the spring gave out. Not necessarily good news for a product priced at €25, but I don't know anything better on the market. Shipping is very fast, the packaging is basic, and the carabiners are just tossed in a cardboard box without any protection.

Please send us photos of the product. If a manufacturing defect is found, we will proceed with an exchange or refund. In the event of normal wear and tear, we will unfortunately be unable to intervene.
