The quality of the material is correct, but nothing more, and I find that the price is still a bit high compared to what it is. Regarding the harnesses, I think they are mainly suited for running use. For someone who simply walks their dog, especially with a well-trained dog that is used to not pulling, I find the system much less practical. The harness is easy to put on, but the back part remains quite loose. As soon as the dog backs up, suddenly changes direction, or is attracted by something and goes the other way, the harness lacks support and is really not practical. In summary, for me, it is a material more thought out for running with your dog than for a classic daily walk. The quality is correct, but the quality-price ratio could be better.

Response from Inlandsis
Hello,
Thank you for your feedback.
You have correctly identified the use for which our harnesses are intended: they are primarily designed for traction activities, such as canicross, cani-hiking, or cani-MTB.
When the dog is not pulling and mainly walks beside, the back part can indeed remain more mobile, as the harness is designed to position itself correctly when under tension.
For a classic daily walk with little or no pulling, a short walking harness will generally be more suitable. We do not offer this type of harness, as our range is specifically oriented towards traction sports.
Best regards,
The INLANDSIS team

The sizes are poorly explained, it lacks detail. So I couldn't get the right harness for my dog. As a result, even though it was the lack of information that misled me, the return shipping costs are at my expense.

Response from Inlandsis
Hello,
We are sorry that the size choice was not suitable in your case.
Our size guides aim to help with the choice of model and size, but the fit of a harness depends on several criteria: actual vs estimated weight, individual dog morphology, level of pulling, and activity practiced. These elements can sometimes be difficult to evaluate precisely from a distance, which explains why a sizing error can unfortunately happen despite the guide.
Our customer service is available before ordering to help confirm the model or size in case of doubt.

Rather qualitative equipment, the harness fits very well for my Australian x Border (size L). However, the black straps of the harness are not adjustable for each individual.

Overall satisfied with the purchase and the help received by email. I wonder to what extent it would not be preferable to reference the harnesses using measurements...and maybe add dimension adjustment systems on the harnesses.

Unfortunately does not fit on my ROSSIGNOL electric mountain bike ... it was going on the Focus Thron

Response from Inlandsis
Hello,
The compatibility of the bar depends on the geometry of the bike (steering tube, cable routing, frame dimensions).
The maximum dimensions are specified on the product sheet.
We cannot guarantee compatibility with 100% of bikes, especially in case of model change.
Electric mountain bikes, in particular, often have specific constraints.

Hello,
The loss of boots is generally related to insufficient tightening or a slightly too large size. Properly fitted and correctly tightened, our boots hold very well under normal usage conditions.
In abundant, deep, or very heavy snow, no model can guarantee absolute support.
We remain at your disposal.

Hello Jean-Pierre,
According to our information, your package was delivered on 23/12, which is 3 working days after shipment.
This delay is slightly longer than the average delay observed with Colissimo, but remains common during the holiday season, when package volumes are particularly high.

Regarding the harness, it fits well to the morphology of my Australian shepherd. The harness tends to slip on my hips. Maybe it's a matter of adjustment. The leash is very practical, small downside: the collar of the harness is not adjustable, a bit tight for my dog. I appreciate the lightness of the material. I hope it will be durable for use. Thank you for your quick delivery.

Material received and tested. Usage: running on stabilized paths, trails, and forests with my very energetic Brittany spaniel. Equipment purchased: CrossTrek belt, open-back canicross harness, and crosser leash 2. Need less impact on the lower back. Goal achieved with this belt that sits high on the hips. Freedom of movement for the dog with her new harness, less pressure on the shoulders. Small hiccup during delivery, wrong size of the harness but quickly replaced after messaging customer service. Too bad we can't reach you by phone. Will see in use if the seams hold well but overall very satisfied with the product.

Hello, the harnesses for canicross or mountain biking or sledding are very good. It would just be necessary to find the right size according to the dog on the site, with measurement references. I ordered my harnesses by "wet finger". That's the only downside. But if we have to buy 3 harnesses before finding the right size, it's problematic! For the line for two dogs, I also find it very good, but a bit short. I would have preferred to have 2.00m or 2.50m.

Response from Inlandsis
Hello,
Thank you for your message. It is completely normal for some dogs to have difficulty walking with booties during the first uses. Like any new equipment, it sometimes requires a little time to adapt.
We recommend having your dog wear the booties for short periods, taking him for walks or playing with him. These enjoyable moments will help him focus on the activity and quickly forget about the presence of the booties.
In the vast majority of cases, after a few tries, dogs get used to them very well and the booties become just another accessory.
Feel free to reach out to us if you need further advice for this adaptation phase.
