Following my order, I must have got the wrong size, so I had to return it and ask for a credit note in order to recommend the right size. But Inlandsis very quickly made a refund making me lose my discount from the 1st order. And material not made in France - too bad!

For organizational reasons, we do not handle exchanges directly. If you wish to place a new order, simply return the product(s) and request a refund, then place a new order at the same time.
Discounts are by definition non-refundable. However, if you took advantage of a discount on your first order and would like to benefit from it again after the refund, please contact us beforehand: we will send you an equivalent promotional code.
As far as manufacturing is concerned, although some of our products are not made in France, we carefully select partners in France, Europe and Tunisia who meet our high quality standards to guarantee you high-performance, long-lasting equipment.
