The store earns praise for reliable, fast delivery and on-time or earlier-than-expected arrival, with many items arriving quickly and in good condition. Customers highlight practical, well-fitting gear and helpful sizing advice, noting durable materials, comfort for dogs and owners, and seamless, secure online ordering with clear size charts. Attentive customer service is repeatedly commended for guidance on harness settings and sizing, prompt problem-solving, and overall supportive assistance throughout the purchasing process. The product range is described as well-made, ergonomic, and suitable for long hikes and canicross, with combinations of harnesses, belts, and accessories praised for quality and value.
Unfortunately, the dish does not fit, despite selection according to the instructions. Moreover, it feels quite cheap in terms of material. Contrary to the information provided, the delivery also took significantly longer.

Response from Inlandsis
Good day,
We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the dish.
Our products are specifically designed for intensive and athletic use and are tested under real conditions by athletes. The model you chose is our entry-level model at €39. It is usually appreciated for its excellent price-performance ratio, but it cannot compete in terms of material quality and workmanship with a product that costs two to three times as much. If you prefer a higher-quality model, we would be happy to assist you in selecting a suitable alternative.
Regarding the delivery, we would like to apologize for the unusually long delivery time. Your order was shipped on the same day, but it seems that the transport service provider took a bit longer than usual. Typically, the delivery time to Germany is 2 to 3 working days.
Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to return the product or have any further questions.
Best regards,
Your Inlandsis team
D

Hello, the harnesses for canicross or mountain biking or sledding are very good. It would just be necessary to find the right size according to the dog on the site, with measurement references. I ordered my harnesses by "wet finger". That's the only downside. But if we have to buy 3 harnesses before finding the right size, it's problematic! For the line for two dogs, I also find it very good, but a bit short. I would have preferred to have 2.00m or 2.50m.

There was something wrong with the delivery, but the contact was quick and good. The reklijn is of good quality, but I already knew that from a previous order.

Overall satisfied, 6th carabiner purchased, the most used lasted 2 and a half years before the spring gave out. Not necessarily good news for a product priced at €25, but I don't know anything better on the market. Shipping is very fast, the packaging is basic, and the carabiners are just tossed in a cardboard box without any protection.

Response from Inlandsis
Thank you for your loyalty and your detailed feedback.
We are delighted that our carabiners meet your satisfaction in use, even intensive, and that you appreciate the speed of our shipping.
Regarding durability, two and a half years of regular use is still on the high end for this type of equipment, but we understand that you expected more at this price point.
As for the packaging, we will look into more effective cushioning options without significantly increasing the ecological and logistical impact.
Thank you again for your trust!

The product was great, just as I need it. However, the packaging was very unkind. Somehow in this day and age when everything is so expensive, I wish I had more of a shopping experience. More fun when unpacking.
