Quality products. An oversight in my second package... but quickly resolved. However, I regret the total impossibility of exchanging in person... it's in the air these days, that bad smell!!! especially for a small company like inlandsis where we expect more friendliness. I do acknowledge the responsiveness via email... which is quite rare...
