Package still not delivered, despite a date that was scheduled for last week. A site that notifies you to track your order and is empty, forced to contact the site to find out where my order is. In short... Not very serious all this!!!

Product delivered different from the order and not similar, especially the variable speed drive, which turned out to be impractical, something I hadn't seen when I chose to return the product.
The products are very good but despite expensive orders there are never any small gifts or samples or discount vouchers, which is a shame.

With your order, there was a leaflet with a coupon inside.
Concerning the samples, we do about a thousand orders a month, so it's impossible to add a gift, even a trivial one, to all our shipments.

If you're in a hurry, go elsewhere! The site advertises an average of 48 hours for paid shipments. The average is important because for me 1 week of preparation + 2 weeks of transit for a logistics center at 100kms. 2* because I still received the polish but too late. I'll use it another time.
Delivery was slow 2 weeks was too much
Good site, too bad the delivery is made by MONDIAL RELAY who have a deplorable service: I had to pick up the parcel more than half an hour from my home by car because the relay point I had selected was unavailable at the time of delivery. Pathetic!

Hi, I've ordered the Scangrip Work Pen 200 R & Flash Micro R kit. Nothing to say, it's well made. However, I'm disappointed because I had added the APS FSL NANO bracket to mount the Scangrip Flash Micro R on my Flex PXE80. The lamp doesn't fit into the holder without forcing and damaging the lamp. Not for the price it's worth, but a shame nonetheless.
I received my order, but I didn't get the gift for any purchase over x (I had chosen a visor) I sent an email about it and never got a reply.
The product was delivered and is of good quality. On the other hand, the couriers suggested a delivery time of almost a week. I collected the goods myself from their depot.

Perfect drop shipping system, ta t that everything goes everything goes but if you have the slightest problem with an item forget them
