No worries with the seller, the equipment was delivered quickly and conformed to the order. On the other hand, the parcel arrived torn and damaged, fortunately everything was inside because I needed the equipment that very evening. According to the letter carrier, it was impossible to check beforehand, so if you open the parcel, you accept it!

Hi Jean Yves, I'm surprised to hear you say that there's been no response to your e-mail. You've sent me 3 messages and I've replied 3 times, confirming once again that there are no products missing from your order.
As I've already told you, to get the extra foam we offer with the 3M 09374, the customer has to select this option (foam or microfiber). Once the customer has selected the option, the price of the product changes and the option is added to the order. You certainly forgot to select an option, but I can reassure you that you didn't pay for it either. I'd like to remind you of my last message, in which I offered to cancel your order and refund your money. Sincerely Jean Francois
