I had ordered before and had no worries, the product conformed and was received quickly, but following a second order I was truly disappointed. It took more than two weeks to receive my package, even though it was in stock. I made 3/4 calls to ask about my order, and got a kind reply, but no call back from them, contrary to what they had told me. We'll call you back, we'll call you back... I'm still waiting. No apology for the long delay in my order, I paid 6 euros for postage to wait so long, simply disappointing.

I'm on my 2nd order with this site and I'm very satisfied! Since I don't know much about the business, the person I spoke to on the phone both times took the time to explain to me, step by step, how to do the job I had to do, and sometimes even redirected me towards products that were often less expensive than those I'd initially seen (and which weren't necessarily suited to the job in hand). Honestly, I'm really satisfied with the advice and the resulting purchases, the prices are reasonable, and I'd recommend them again without hesitation.
