Very professional and serious, the post office having lost the parcel, Intercash very quickly solved the problem by resending me a new parcel. I recommend them!

It's rare to find people who are so available and knowledgeable when you buy on the internet. Excellent advice and a really friendly welcome. It makes you want to go and see them to thank them directly. What's more, the products are top quality and at unbeatable prices! Order shipped the same day and received two days later. Perfect! Should serve as an example to many other retailers, and not just online...

Super transaction. Faster than a parcel arriving from the continent and delicate attention in the parcel. I recommend as soon as possible. Thank you very much.

More than 10 days for a shipment, no response to emails: when you go on vacation, you inform your potential customers on the site. No co gesture, nothing except a shipment by chronopost at no extra cost. I'm just 3 weeks behind schedule.

Good prices, but it's a pity that shipping costs are a bit high, especially as the packaging (a simple envelope) was all crumpled up. As a result, the sheets of sandpaper inside were all crumpled (a cardboard protector would have been most useful to avoid this problem.

Remarkably reliable service. The items ordered the day before at around 4pm were delivered and received the next day within the hour. What's more, the machine, in this case a polisher, was perfectly packaged. We were even treated to small samples of fig jam and other Corsican specialties. Just perfect. I'll be recommending this site again whenever I need consumables. Bravo to the people in charge of this company. Please keep up the good work. Jean Bessard.
