En primer lugar antes de hacer el pedido, pregunté con 3 mensajes a los vendedores que tenían un error en el producto marcado, ya que el precio que me cobraban era el tamaño grande pero especificaban el pequeño. Pues no contestaron ningún mensaje de los 3 enviados. Después se retrasó el pedido en llegar, cosa que puede pasar. Me veo ROBADO Y ESTAFADO por esta gente que cobra el tamaño grande y te pone el pequeño.

Order not sent, no response to the email. After 4 calls finally an answer and they tell me that my order is lost other permit, I understand and ask nothing, I am told that the order will be processed in the day and that I will have a gift supposedly useful. All this for a total of 1 month waiting and nothing else in the package that the product ordered. I may be unlucky but I wouldn't recommend intercashpro.

I ordered 0.8 mm cut-off wheels, which are certainly what it says on them, but a check by them would have shown that they were much thicker, so I wouldn't recommend them and wouldn't recommend them either. The only positive thing is the super-fast delivery.
No, we don't check the thickness or dimensions of all the products we sell, especially if there are usually no problems. Of course, if the product doesn't meet your expectations, there's no problem with a return and a full refund. Yours faithfully

Order placed on August 7th and still nothing received after 21 days. Customer service contacted 2 times (on the 20th and 27th) via the website but does not answer and turns a deaf ear. Should I post it on the detailing facebook groups to get an answer?

I received my order, but when I opened the box it was already in bad shape, the 5l can of G4 was all damaged, the product had run out of the box. And now it's impossible to keep the product. I received a reply from Intercash pro asking me to return the product, to which I replied that it was impossible because the canister was no longer airtight. Now I'm waiting for a new contact.

When I bought three kochemie products from Intercashpro I was unfortunately very badly served! It took them almost 14 days to send my order, despite 3 unanswered emails (I just asked them when they planned to send the order), so the colissimo was useless as I received the parcel more than 3 weeks after ordering. And that's not all! So I open the parcel and discover that one of the products had the cap open and it spilled completely into the box! So I paid for 3 products but in the end after 4 weeks I only received 2! I'm writing again to inform them and to warn them, but they still haven't replied !!!! You'd have to explain to me how the cap was unscrewed? since there's a safety device !!!! Customer service and after-sales are non-existent. So I sit on my product. I paid with my credit card, so there's no recourse like paypal. They don't give a damn about their customers and have no scruples!!! Never again intercashpro! Unless you have money to throw out the window, run away. I strongly recommend that you don't buy from this dishonest site. It keeps them going and they don't deserve that at all.
I placed an order. I have an item that did not match. So I made a complaint to customer service...... And to this day, I'm still waiting for them to get back to me. I received my order on June 4th and sent the complaint the same day !!!!!!
