I ordered 4 tubes of marine silicone and one of them was broken (the bottom had come out of the tube, so the silicone was dry).
Delivery times too long
Order received but not complete! The after-sales service doesn't give a clear answer to the questions asked, was supposed to send me the missing part but changed its mind without telling me. If I don't follow up or call, I get no answer. And now I'm being held hostage with a so-called postal survey that's going to last... As far as I'm concerned, the contract's been fulfilled, I've paid! On the company's side, no, I don't have my full order!
Slow shipping

The company does its best, and is not responsible for cracked corks or long delivery times......but it does damage to the overall image! A GOOD mention to Sales Manager Jean-François YVARS for his friendliness and efforts.
Out of 3 products in my order, one arrived almost empty following a leak from a sprayer which was repaired with tape. I asked the company for compensation a week ago but still no reply. Thank you
Wrong product description so you think you are buying a box of 15 and you have 1 sanding disc, but when you click on more information you are shown a box of 15. I'm very disappointed and don't think I'll be coming back to this site.
Fast delivery . However, one of my products is missing a cap so half of it ended up in the box.
Great discounts, but a big delivery problem for me. Order placed on Sunday evening for Chrono Relais delivery (in France) at 8€. Delivery only on Monday of the following week. A 1 week wait. I needed the product quickly for a special service, so I had to go without. No reply to my complaint email and the phone went to voicemail (full). Chronopost passed the buck and told me to contact the seller's site... No information on the problem from the seller to date.

The product is very expensive the same product can be found for less than 10 euros in china ...product 3m...because the product that was delivered to me comes from china marked on it and in china the product 3m is 10a20 times cheaper.
The stock announced was inaccurate whereas the totality of the order was invoiced. I was delivered in 2 deliveries after having to restart the second delivery several times.

Disappointed, I had to cancel my order because it was out of stock, even though the website said it was available. I waited several days for nothing before realizing that there was a problem and I had to go through different people at customer service to find out the status of my order because the first one couldn't give me any information and all that to end up with a cancellation. In short, I was disappointed for my first purchase from them.

Long delivery times (11 days)
The site doesn't inform consumers of stock shortages, and there's no e-mail to warn customers of any delays. Not serious.
Broken cardboard box, product leaking into the box, very poor packaging because the can was sailing in the box and ended up opening.

Quite mediocre anyway, I sent 2 emails and message through social networks, I received no response. Supposedly sent within 48 hours, 5 days later the order was still being prepared.
Incomplete order
About the packaging: the soloplast resin boxes were dented when they arrived.
I received my parcel, but the green foam is deeply marked by the polish bottles. Is it usable? (I have the photo when I opened the parcel).
Customer service sucks. Thank goodness Pay Pall is there to save the order. I don't think I will order from them. No communication. No respect for the customer.
Excellent navigation, late delivery...
Delayed shipment, and a new machine with a piece of plastic wandering around inside, forcing me to dismantle the machine to remove it. Now everything's working properly. But that's not all, it's not very serious.
I ordered a polishing kit. A blue pad (the most important one) was missing. I called them. They said they'd send it to me. No answer. I called again. After 1 month, still nothing. It's from Corsica, but still...
Order delivered incomplete. 1 item missing. No reply to the message left on the site to indicate this shortage. Not serious!
