Thanks to the Avis-Verifies I was able to contact the seller and have my order processed as it was stuck for weeks. The products themselves are as expected and works well. Due to the circumstances as an apology I received additional goods. Intercash should work on their website to fix the customer contact form in addition to e-mail spam filtering.

Very fast shipping but very disappointed with the product. I followed all the instructions but the result is very disappointing. Impossible to obtain black. I tried several times on metal with different drying times, rinsed with the product intended for metal and it rusted every time. On bronze... no effect! In the end, the patina looks good on metal, but it's rusty and not as black as I'd hoped.

Order received but not complete! The after-sales service doesn't give a clear answer to the questions asked, was supposed to send me the missing part but changed its mind without telling me. If I don't follow up or call, I get no answer.
And now I'm being held hostage with a so-called postal survey that's going to last... As far as I'm concerned, the contract's been fulfilled, I've paid! On the company's side, no, I don't have my full order!

Hello, Your parcel was weighed twice at 3 kg in the post office sorting centers. A first time when we dropped it off and a 2nd time in the last sorting center before distribution. When we run the simulation again with the products, we get a weight of 2.82 kg (without box/packing/accessories). According to the photos you sent us, there is no visible breakage on the carton. We await the results of the postal investigation. Sincerely
