Wide choice 🙂 Error on shipped product 🙁 Ordered product sent as soon as the problem was reported ... and finally (quickly) delivered as ordered.
Order arrived very quickly but not protected enough.the shoe polish was open in the box. A stain problem with a meiguars product and no service, I'm still waiting for an answer. There's not much missing to be top, maybe a better customer service.
Please respect 2 orders from affiliates in order to make a table.
I'm only half satisfied with my last order. I ordered a product that broke when I used it for the 1st time. They contacted their supplier who didn't replace it, but I ordered from them, so I feel it's up to them to replace it for me. Especially since it's a pad that doesn't even cost 10€. That wouldn't have put them out of business....
The order is not complete, I had to phone because the order was still being prepared after a week, i.e. 7 days. The missing pad was replaced by an equivalent one at my request to complete the order. I had a very friendly and professional person on the phone who apologized and told me that they'd forgotten to call me to warn me that a product wasn't available. He offered me an applicator for the wax and gave good advice, which was great, you might say. But in the end, the parcel was missing 4 blue laser polish 400g/m² 40x40 microfiber cloths worth 13.60 euros, which were part of a Krauss S15 - Menzerna Premium - Work Stuff polishing kit. Frankly, it's disappointing for an order of over 300 euros. I've never had this kind of problem with other stores, so I wouldn't go back there. I don't even want to go to the trouble of having 4 cloths forgotten in my order. So I'll give it a mark of two, because the person I spoke to was nice, but the material has to be checked before dispatch, so you don't forget anything.

Hello, I received my order and I have one problem, which is probably normal. The product is very pasty, difficult to apply and leaves a lot of traces.
2 errors in the same order... The parcel was sent very quickly. Very fast customer service.

Nothing to say about the product, it's very good, but the delivery is the problem. My 2 jars are completely dented all over, the cardboard is completely deformed, with a lot of adhesive tape added, which doesn't help much. So just make sure on delivery that the product isn't leaking or punctured.
Part received not in conformity with the order, I was obliged to phone twice to have my order resent which I have still not received to this day.

Forgotten order ... a delay of nearly 2 weeks in delivery unacceptable, a little made up by the kindness and apologies of the manager of the company.
Shipping time a little long, so €12 chronopost a little annoying, but I think product not stocked. Products of good quality and well packaged. An email would have been nice to report the restocking, this said satisfied with my order.
