Product received perfectly On the other hand, paying 10€ for 24h shipping and receiving it more than 48h later... I might as well take the simple shipping.
1st order with payment of the chronopost and deception because received 7 days later instead of 24h. No apologies and no compensation. 2nd order, on time this time, with no problems.
Wrong delivery date by chronoposte received 2 days later
Almost a month from order to delivery. No reply.to an e-mail requesting information. Products loose in cardboard box.
Pressure gauge glass broken on opening the box due to poor packaging. The filter was not secured in the package.... Package in perfect condition, so carrier not responsible.
I easily found what I was looking for. For ordering, it would be better to simplify research on shipping methods and costs before making a choice.

As I've already told you, to get the extra foam we offer with the 3M 09374, the customer has to select this option (foam or microfiber). Once the customer has selected the option, the price of the product changes and the option is added to the order. You certainly forgot to select an option, but I can reassure you that you didn't pay for it either. Transport costs that break everything!!!
Customer service is very responsive when you post a message (call back within 10 minutes). However, there was an oversight in my order when I received it, so I was sent back what was missing, and basically one of the products was replaced in my parcel because it was damaged when it was sent from their supplier.
Poorly packaged products, glue can leaked a lot in the package, careless shipping.
Expensive.
Very good site, good products, pay attention to delivery time especially if it's a gift...
Order placed on 26/04 received on 6/06... 1 month and a half is a long time!
I had ordered before and had no worries, the product conformed and was received quickly, but following a second order I was truly disappointed. It took more than two weeks to receive my package, even though it was in stock. I made 3/4 calls to ask about my order, and got a kind reply, but no call back from them, contrary to what they had told me. We'll call you back, we'll call you back... I'm still waiting. No apology for the long delay in my order, I paid 6 euros for postage to wait so long, simply disappointing.
Order took a long time to prepare, and there was no communication... but received promptly after dispatch. And the products were compliant, and top quality.

1) Product packaging not sturdy enough 2) A gift bag wouldn't have ruined you (given the price of the purchases) 3) Cakes are a mockery of people. 4) I don't recommend it because there's no advantage.

More than 10 days for a shipment, no response to emails: when you go on vacation, you inform your potential customers on the site. No co gesture, nothing except a shipment by chronopost at no extra cost. I'm just 3 weeks behind schedule.
Good prices, but it's a pity that shipping costs are a bit high, especially as the packaging (a simple envelope) was all crumpled up. As a result, the sheets of sandpaper inside were all crumpled (a cardboard protector would have been most useful to avoid this problem.
The packaging leaves much to be desired.

Faulty collissimo delivery
Good reception of the material. But for an order placed on Sunday with chronopost delivery (15€) I had to be delivered on Tuesday... order received on Thursday at the end of the morning. Otherwise, the package was well received and met my expectations.
I couldn't collect my order because I made a mistake on the first name during shipment, then I didn't receive the new shipment within the time indicated by my contact person. Planned for Saturday but it's Tuesday and still nothing. Not very serious.
