Long delivery times (11 days)

The site doesn't inform consumers of stock shortages, and there's no e-mail to warn customers of any delays. Not serious.

Order placed on August 7th and still nothing received after 21 days. Customer service contacted 2 times (on the 20th and 27th) via the website but does not answer and turns a deaf ear. Should I post it on the detailing facebook groups to get an answer?

Everything was carefully protected and the caps were reinforced with tape! I received everything in perfect condition! Many thanks to them! What's more, their delivery times are top-notch given the current conditions. I can't recommend them enough!
