OK, the only downside is the shipping part: relay points would be more appropriate for this kind of product and would avoid seeing an accumulation of delivery notes in the mailbox (the carrier passes through during my working hours. Two days lost, and that's a shame.

Better agility / responsiveness is always possible: e-mail sent on the site to add a product to the order before it was prepared, was not taken into account and remained unanswered. It's a pity that the order and e-mail were sent at the weekend before being processed on Monday. This would have avoided paying delivery charges twice for 2 separate orders.
