Hello, I'm quite disappointed, I find that the ring isn't as massive as those I've been able to buy on your site, too bad, it feels like the quality has gone way down compared to the price. Less character, more uniqueness, it's sad this lack of quality...

First of all, I'm sorry you didn't like the model. You can return it free of charge and get your money back. Or you can exchange it for a thicker ring.
On the other hand, this model has not evolved over the years, it has always been like this. The silver is solid and of high quality, and the ring's reasonable thickness keeps it comfortable.
Rigidity is provided by the overall shape of the ring and its central "belt".
The price is directly linked to the weight of the ring, and is indexed to the price of the raw material. The price of silver has tripled in two decades, and is still rising. I understand that when you bought a handmade sterling silver ring on our site in 2016, it's not the same price today... Despite all this, we keep a very reasonable and fair margin.
But buying jewelry from us is still a good investment 😉 the quality is always there and it's jewelry you keep for life.

Usually the rings are of good quality... but this time I must admit I'm disappointed... I ordered the Bague en argent Contemporaine N°65 and it arrived black on the sides and when I put it on my finger, it made my finger blue! So is it really silver? Too bad, because the other rings I ordered were superb...

I can already reassure you about the quality of the silver: the ring is made like the others, in pure, solid silver. On the other hand, it can happen that a piece of silver jewelry becomes blackened by a product (certain household products, bleach, chlorine, etc.) or sometimes by one's own perspiration. But with quality solid silver, it's always possible to make up for it ;-) .

Bjr. I was very lucky that no one took the package because it was not dropped inside my mailbox but just slightly stuck inside, sticking out a lot. It could have been picked up by any passer-by.
