It is always a pleasure to discover the new Itsara products and to be tempted. I bought two bracelets from the new collection, they are beautiful but I imagined them to be a bit thicker. In any case, in the photos on the site, they seem wider. It's a shame, but in the end, I really like the effect of finesse and delicacy they exude. I actually recommended another one as well as two necklaces. The items are always quite consistent with the photos, but I must say that for this new collection, some chains appear much thicker in the photos than they actually are.

We would like to clarify that the requested size is indeed useful, as we offer several sizes of rings, each corresponding to a different adjustment range. The fact that the ring is adjustable is clearly indicated on the product sheet as well as in the photos.
An adjustable ring is not more fragile when used as intended. It is designed to be adjusted by one to two sizes maximum and should be handled with care, like any silver jewelry.
Finally, if the ring is uncomfortable under the finger, it is possible that the chosen size range is not the most suitable for your finger. Please feel free to contact us, we will be happy to advise you in order to find the most appropriate size.
