The jewelry is beautiful. I ordered a ring and earrings. But if you don't mind me saying so, it's a shame that the 2 pieces of jewelry were put together in a single box. They were gifts, and I didn't have any gift-wrapping; the paper bag is certainly eco-friendly, but for a gift, a paper box would have been better... even if it meant paying extra...

Very pretty ring unfortunately as soon as I tried the earrings I had an allergic reaction that I don't normally have with silver....

We're usually used to wearing factory-made earrings that have thin fasteners and our ears react as soon as we put a larger shank in them.
If you usually tolerate silver, then I don't think this is an allergic reaction.
I suggest you clean your earrings with soapy water and try wearing them again for a few hours. If the problem persists, don't hesitate to ask us for a return label 😊

Your order of Saturday August 3rd was processed on Monday August 5th and handed over to the Post Office the same day. The delivery should have been made on Wednesday August 7, but you received it on August 8. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times during the summer months, as the Post Office has to call in replacements to provide the service, but this is not as efficient as with the regulars.

The fact that the bracelet darkens your skin is probably due to sweating. When it's hot, we sweat and some people have a more acidic PH, which can darken the skin. We advise you to put it back on when it's cooler, and also to clean it according to our advice: with a stainless steel ball, also known as a steel wool (used to clean the bottom of saucepans) and washing-up liquid.
