A star for the fast expedition... The ring that is indicated as 4.7mm wide is only 2mm... the soldering is visible and the ring arrived with a lack of material in one spot. But unfortunately, I gifted it and the person wore the ring, and as stated in the terms and conditions, returns are only allowed if the jewelry has not been worn... anyway, not a great experience.

Thank you for your feedback. We apologize for the thickness error, and indeed, our handcrafted jewelry can slightly vary from one piece to another, which explains this difference.

That said, wearing a piece of jewelry is not the same as trying it on, and as specified in our terms and conditions, if you need a return or an exchange, we remain at your disposal.
