Hi Vanessa, I'm sorry you were disappointed with the delivery time. My partner and I do our utmost to deliver to our customers as quickly as possible. We are a very small company (two of us), and we took a few days off for Christmas from midday on the 24th to the morning of the 28th, which caused a delay in sending the tracking numbers.
On the other hand, having ordered on December 25, the time seemed long to you, but in truth the delivery time was only 5 working days, you received your parcel on January 4 and the post office was closed on December 25, 26, 27 and January 1, 2 and 3.
In any case, we understand your disappointment and can assure you that if you order on Monday, you'll normally receive your order by the weekend. We hope Léonel and I have enjoyed our jewelry and that it will accompany you on your journey. We look forward to seeing you again on Itsara.net, Sincerely Isabelle and Léonel.
