My package was held up for a week by the Post Office. Everything was sorted out very quickly and Itsara contacted me by phone to apologize for the delay and a second time after delivery to make sure that the package delivered corresponded to my order and that I liked the ring I had ordered. Very satisfied with the seriousness and friendliness of my correspondent. I recommend this site.
