Concerning the delivery time, we are a very small company and we don't work on weekends. Your order of Saturday August 3rd was processed on Monday August 5th and handed over to the Post Office the same day. The delivery should have been made on Wednesday August 7, but you received it on August 8. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times during the summer months, as the Post Office has to call in replacements to provide the service, but this is not as efficient as with the regulars.

The fact that the bracelet darkens your skin is probably due to sweating. When it's hot, we sweat and some people have a more acidic PH, which can darken the skin. We advise you to put it back on when it's cooler, and also to clean it according to our advice: with a stainless steel ball, also known as a steel wool (used to clean the bottom of saucepans) and washing-up liquid.
