All our jewels are hallmarked, except for very small pieces, such as your spiral earrings 12, as this would damage the jewel. It's true that the hallmark is very discreet and is generally located inside our jewelry.

The black that stands out may be due to the patina of the jewel.
We always clean the rings before sending them out, but the patina may remain.
You can remove this patina by rubbing the ring with a stainless steel scouring ball and washing-up liquid.
The more you wear your ring, the more beautiful and shiny it will become.
Don't use bleach or other bleach derivatives, as this will re-form the patina.

I'm only giving them 4* despite the quality of these rings - but all 3 are too big! In fact, you'll have to wear them on another finger or find reducers - even though we'd taken the correct sizes with the ring set we'd ordered from you! We don't understand ... maybe you sent us other sizes you had in stock? We'd love to know!
