I've just looked at your tracking and it's noted on 29/11 that the import/export formalities were completed and that the parcel is continuing on its way. Usually, our parcels in Spain arrive correctly... Have you contacted your postal services?

Shipping labels are generated according to the customer's choice, which is made after payment. It's not our choice.
So we had no way of knowing that you didn't want to be delivered to a post office, we're sorry.

As for our boxes, we're sorry you didn't like them :(
We're very proud of them, though, as they're made from mulberry bark, which is shed and reformed naturally.
Well, we can't please in every respect, but the main thing is that you liked the bracelet :)

Good, beautiful, high-quality products. However, I am disappointed with the new shipping methods. What's more, my last parcel was rerouted by the post office and was not at the agreed collection point! The times of this collection point did not correspond to my working hours so I had to ask to leave earlier and I lost time!

We're very sorry about this mishap. We regularly battle with the post office and even more so in the summer with the replacement letter carriers who do whatever they want. As far as shipping is concerned, we had offered home delivery to our customers for a few months, but we've gone back on our rates, as we did for your January order.
