Our gift wrapping is in the form of gift bags, which we enclose with the order, along with baguiers when specified, as you did. Did you get them?
We don't really have a loyalty service at the moment, but we're working on it.
On the other hand, our customers receive promotional mailings before new customers, and the percentages are different. That's our current loyalty system :)
As for the certificate, I assume you're talking about a certificate of authenticity, which we don't actually provide, because all our jewelry is hallmarked with our importer's hallmark, registered with the Nice customs guarantee office as proof of its authenticity and guaranteeing the quality and origin of the jewelry. Your comment is nonetheless pertinent, and we'll be looking into the matter.

Have you checked the back of each "blade" for the hallmark?
In general, we do it in a corner or on a discreet spot, so that it is not obvious on the jewel for aesthetic reasons. For these buckles, it's usually either a top or bottom corner, at the back of the blades.

Thank you for your comment, it's absolutely right. The finishes are sometimes visible on thin sections. You have to consider the technical means used in Kway Tom's village. Some craftsmen have more or less technology at their disposal. Polishing is often carried out in bundles of dry bergamot leaves on small pieces such as the ring you bought. This is still beautiful, so we'll leave out any models for which this is not the case.

Good evening, when we prepare the orders, we don't know exactly how the customer prefers his jewelry... Some prefer white and shiny, others more matte and patinated. If you want it to shine a little more, you can clean it with a stainless steel ball and washing-up liquid :)

I had sent you a screenshot of your address entry to show you that we did not have the information needed to send your package, which was returned to us. We had indeed asked you for a small contribution for the second shipment, as the first was free.
We were waiting for your decision following this information.
