I had sent you a screenshot of your address entry to show you that we did not have the information needed to send your package, which was returned to us. We had indeed asked you for a small contribution for the second shipment, as the first was free.
We were waiting for your decision following this information.
In the absence of a reply from you, we proceeded to refund your order 6 days after the e-mail was sent.

I am sorry that this information, which you thought you had received, did not reach us.

Beautiful handcrafted jewelry at an excellent price. On the other hand, customer service is non-existent by e-mail. I reported a problem with earrings that are not symmetrical. I received the same earrings twice and they look ugly on one ear. That was 15 days ago. I'm still waiting for a reply....pity, it spoils the rest of the shopping experience where there was nothing to complain about.
