I ordered the Bague en argent Contemporaine N°65 and it arrived black on the sides and when I put it on my finger, it made my finger blue! So is it really silver? Too bad, because the other rings I ordered were superb...

It's true that I'm really surprised by what you're telling me, because the ring in question is a simple ring with no patina... it's strange. I can already reassure you about the quality of the silver: the ring is made like the others, in pure, solid silver. On the other hand, it can happen that a piece of silver jewelry becomes blackened by a product (certain household products, bleach, chlorine, etc.) or sometimes by one's own perspiration. But with quality solid silver, it's always possible to make up for it ;-) .
I'm waiting for your message so that we can find a solution to your problem, and please note that you can also return the ring to us free of charge and be reimbursed or exchanged.
