Usually the rings are of good quality... but this time I must admit I'm disappointed... I ordered the Bague en argent Contemporaine N°65 and it arrived black on the sides and when I put it on my finger, it made my finger blue! So is it really silver? Too bad, because the other rings I ordered were superb...

please don't hesitate to contact us to find out more about this mishap. It's true that I'm really surprised by what you're telling me, because the ring in question is a simple ring with no patina... it's strange. I can already reassure you about the quality of the silver: the ring is made like the others, in pure, solid silver. On the other hand, it can happen that a piece of silver jewelry becomes blackened by a product (certain household products, bleach, chlorine, etc.) or sometimes by one's own perspiration. But with quality solid silver, it's always possible to make up for it ;-) .
I'm waiting for your message so that we can find a solution to your problem, and please note that you can also return the ring to us free of charge and be reimbursed or exchanged.
