Please know that we are always ready to listen to our customers, whatever the problem or the timeframe of the order. Our jewelry is made of pure (99%, not 92.5%), natural sterling silver, and has not undergone any treatment such as rhodium plating (protective film-coated metal). If you are unfamiliar with this process, I invite you to find out more. Like uncoated 925 silver, pure, natural silver does not appreciate prolonged exposure to humidity. Oxidation can then occur, accentuated by heat and light. This has nothing to do with the quality of the silver, which in this case is beyond reproach. All silver oxidizes if it is not stored in the right conditions. That's why it's best to avoid the bathroom, for example. Showering is no problem, as long as you keep it on you, or dry it before storing it in a dry place. And preferably away from light. Avoid chlorinated products (e.g. over-chlorinated swimming pools), bleach and sulfur-based products. Finally, some people turn silver black. This is related to the PH of the skin. This may be permanent or temporary, depending on the case. On the other hand, even oxidized silver can always be repaired. We can provide you with cleaning methods, or do it for you if you really don't dare. I've been wearing some of my jewels for over 20 years. They look as good as new. And my great-grandchildren still will if they inherit it. And if they respect the minimum conditions of use. You may say that this pure silver quality doesn't suit you. But in view of this information, you can't say that it's bad quality. I'll send you a return slip for cleaning, or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

You bought two solid silver semainiers on February 28th and your order was dispatched on March 1st. On our side, there was no delivery problem, it was two months ago and you didn't contact us. Hi Vanessa, I'm sorry you were disappointed with the delivery time. My partner and I do our utmost to deliver to our customers as quickly as possible. We are a very small company (two of us), and we took a few days off for Christmas from midday on the 24th to the morning of the 28th, which caused a delay in sending the tracking numbers.
On the other hand, having ordered on December 25, the time seemed long to you, but in truth the delivery time was only 5 working days, you received your parcel on January 4 and the post office was closed on December 25, 26, 27 and January 1, 2 and 3.

I am aware of your disappointment and I understand that the somewhat rough aspect of some of the jewels in the collection may come as a surprise, especially in comparison with jewels made from castings, and with modern machines and tools. I must inform you that this collection is unique, as it is entirely handmade, without casting and with rudimentary tools, almost as it was hundreds of years ago. These craftsmen are committed to working using the same techniques as their ancestors, thus perpetuating an age-old craft. Another typical aspect of this collection is the patina. This is achieved by blackening the jewel and then polishing it by hand, using bergamot leaves, or (for the most rigid pieces) metal fibers. This polishing technique gives a very special lustre to this collection. The result is a jewel that's a little rough, where you can guess the imprint of the person who fashioned it. But there's nothing to stop you reworking the jewel to suit your taste. For our part, we've decided to sell this collection as it was entrusted to us, out of respect for these craftsmen and their know-how. And I'm sure you'll understand our position. Hello Charlotte We apologize for the inconvenience. We did have a problem with this model and have withdrawn it from sale. The loose tubes on an unbraided cord shear it with movement.
