Good, beautiful, high-quality products. However, I am disappointed with the new shipping methods. What's more, my last parcel was rerouted by the post office and was not at the agreed collection point! The times of this collection point did not correspond to my working hours so I had to ask to leave earlier and I lost time!

We're very sorry about this mishap. We regularly battle with the post office and even more so in the summer with the replacement letter carriers who do whatever they want. As far as shipping is concerned, we had offered home delivery to our customers for a few months, but we've gone back on our rates, as we did for your January order.

Following a size problem on the website, I was called back immediately after my order to adjust the ring sizes. The person was reactive, very nice and surprised me with a very professional commercial gesture..... As for the products: delivery in 4 days and top quality. I highly recommend them.
